Busy, Busy....

Yesterday and today I have been working on listing new items and at the same time doing my inventory of things I have sold in the past but forgot to re-list and Wow, do I have a ton. I am such a mess when it comes to organization. I need to find a method of having things in order but I haven't found one yet. I am really tired because I am trying to find ways to be more productive and it's keeping me up for the last 3 nights. I am feeling the effects right now.
I wanted to post pictures of my mess but I am having trouble uploading for some reason so I am listing new items that I had on my external drive. I think it's time to take the computer to the shop because it's acting really weird and the colors on the screen are not matching to my items, I think it's time for a new monitor.

So these items are going to be listed today and hopefully, keep my fingers cross, I will list my skull hairpins by the end of next week. I also have a ton of brooches that need to be listed.
I really hate sitting in front of the computer trying to figure out what to name my items and describing what I am selling, It's so time consuming and I am not very good with descriptive words. Another thing is trying to upload the pix's and then adjusting the size and color. I wish I had somebody to this for me because it's a pain in my behind.
This weekend I am not going to sit in front of the computer, only to re-list and hopefully will be going to NY. Exciting!

New Items

Okay I finally created a vinyl bag that I have been wanting to do since forever. Now I need to find more pink vinyl because the Joann's store doesn't carry it anymore.
I also created some hairpins which I haven't done in awhile. Most of the hairclips I have done are on hairsnaps.
and, I finally brought back Viva La Frida Earrings.
I have done quiet a bit and will be listing in the next couple of days. I will also be doing inventory on all my items because I am a mess and need to get organized before I start ordering supplies.
I have such a huge migrane. I really hate this heat.
School starts tomorrow. JOY!!!!!!!!

End of Summer

This is pretty much how we spent the last weekend of the summer. My oldest one will be starting school this Wednesday and I am counting the minutes until it starts.
We got out all the chalks and bubble maker we had and spent about 30 minutes outside because it was sooooo damn hot.

So, we went to see The Mummy 3 , it's not the same as the first one. We needed to take refuge at a mall but it was a mistake because the little one was such a pistol. I don't even want to think about it. I guess everyone was there too because it was so crowded. I hate malls. I really love doing my shopping on the internet.

Oh, and little Chico Chihuahua has been with us 1 year now. He has grown much in size but I just adore that little dog as much as I love my Golden Retriever, Dodger.
On another good note, this weekend was such a succesful weekend when it comes to my shop. On Friday I finished 1 large order and then Sunday morning my favorite customer from Belgium who has a little boutique placed a large order that cleaned me out when it comes to hair clips.
I just love her.

I bought this little pincushion for my sister as a Thank you for buying some shoes and a backpack for my son, so I decided to have fun with it because it is the cutest thing. I've always had my eyes on one but never bought but now I want it.
Since I don't have nearly anything to do during the day, as if, I decided to have fun with it and find all kinds of cuties in my collections, in my mind I created a ton of little wonderlands. I took about 100 million pictures but this one with the bunnies is my favorite.
They look like little tiny cherry tomatoes, too bad they don't taste as good.

Such a Procrastinator

When am I ever going to make my little skulls?????????????????????????
I have been saying for the past 2 weeks that I need to make these things and I never do it. I have the time and I just don't use it wisely. Sometimes I hate working from home because I don't have a set schedule. I mostly do all my creations on the floor from 9pm - 1am, such horrible hours but it's the only time I can create especially since I have insomnia but during the day I waste it away, I have kids but I do have time in between where I can create and don't do it, instead I sit in front of the computer. Every day I say to myself that I will only check my orders 3 times a day and end up spending hours at a time in front of the screen. How I waste time. Okay well it's out of my system now but I need to shape up especially since I want to create new things for lollishops.

Can you believe we are at the end of summer. Where in the world did it go. I went to take my oldest shopping today for a backpack and shoes and everyone is getting ready for school which starts in about 1 1/2 weeks from now, in a way I am glad because I don't have to pay for summer school but what happened to school starting after Labor Day? Oh well, Who knows.

Blah, Blah, Blah..............

Today is one of those days that just drags and drags. It's been so slow on etsy with no sales in the past 2 days but that's okay, I have quiet a bit I need to finish on some wholesale order and shower favors. So I thought I would share some things I just recently purchased on Etsy.
Couture from Untamed Menagerie.

Fire and Flames Vinyl Clutch from inhope. This is my second clutch bag and I love it.

Mmm Mmm Good aceo from dadadreams. She makes the most creative aceo's in my opinion. This little card reminds me so much of my childhood and my grandma forcing us to take the cod of liver to make us healthy. I don't think I would have the same success trying to make my kids take it.

How I really want this cute bracelet from her shop too.

And this lovely Viva Frida eco tote from ReFabulous.

I also ordered these rocket pop molds from Urban Outfitters for my boys and these awesome Frozen Smiles too.
I just love boopsiedaisy, I have my eye for awhile on this doll,
and she has the cutest prints I have ever seen.
I better start selling something because I really want it.
Off to finishing my orders.

Japanese Overload

I just wanted to share some of my cute finds from shop66. I am addicted to her shop.
God, how I would love to go to Japan someday but I don't think it will be in this lifetime. Tons of cute paper doll books. Some I bought on ebay.
How cute are these prints. I already know what I will be doing with these paperdolls. I am thinking of christmas Thank you's. and, look at this origami paper. It is amazing!!!!
I bought these fun playing cards from DollarCost.
These will be cute magnets for my shop Thank you's too.

I had bought these cute mini's from ebay for my little hutch but unfortunately the hutch is a little too small but look at the detail on these cuties, they almost look real.
These are phenomenal, I just want to eat them up and David already did because he took a bite again thinking they were candy.

Makes me want to go out and buy me some s'mores.

Day at the Fair

We went to the last day of the county fair on Sunday and I thought it was going to be hot but since the fairgrounds is by the ocean we had a nice breeze all afternoon. I believe the last time I was at the fair was over 6 years ago and I had forgotten how fun they can be as long as you take enough money.
My boys did not want to get on any of the rides so we mostly walked around and ate the food which is always the best for some reason at any carnival with extraordinary prices.

This creepy clown is so cool but scares the s--t out of me.
We saw a turkey stampede which was the funniest thing I had seen in a long time. I just wish I had a video camera with me. It was too hilarious.
Our trip to the fair was the last thing we did last week. My feet still hurt from all the walking we did while going to the zoo, aquarium beach and movies. It was a pretty fun week.

Tiny Cakes

I had to share my newest little passion. These tiny little japanese cakes. They look so tasty that even the little one thought they were candy and bit one.
This Strawberry Peach Delight looks good enough to eat. How can somebody have the patience to create this tiny cakes? Not Me.

I bought this little hutch from Mainly.Minis for only $4.00 to house all these adorable sweets.
I have other little tiny goodies that I have just ordered ready to fill the shelves of this cutey.
I will post pictures as soon as I am done.
I still have a stomach ache from yesterday's candy binge. It was so hard to put them down to bed last night and even today they were still very hyper. I usually limit their sugar intake but I guess every once in awhile won't hurt, I think.

Sugar Day

So this week will be spent with my boys going all over town and we started today by going to Universal Studios again. Well, actually I should of read the tickets and seen that weekends are blackout dates, so we walked around Citywalk and had a Sugar of a Day. We decided to go to the movies and see Space Chimps, which wasn't too good and before we went in we headed towards our first stop of our on-going sugar high. Our first hit was It'Sugar. OMG, it was unbelievable in there.

How cool is this Marilyn Monroe made out of Jelly Beans. Tons of Lollipops all over the store.
and the amazing cases of chocolates.

My teeth are hurting again with all these pictures of candy.

After the movie was over we went back out to walk and headed towards Sparky's, another candy store full of Pez candy dispensers.
More lollipops again.

Then across from Sparky's they had a Mexican candy shop. Wow, I wanted to taste everything they had.

Some very cool looking chocolate Sugar Skulls.

David was so scared of this Dia De Los Muertos skeleton. Plus we bought the chocolate popcorn and god knows what other junk food we ate today. My stomach is still a little weird from all the sugar, I think it will be a long time before the boys and I eat anything sweet again. Yeah Right!

I want one of these stars. They are so beautiful.
We will head back to Universal again on friday. Some other places we will be visiting this week will be the Long Beach Aquarium and the Santa Barbara Zoo.
